Shipping policy

Domestic Shipping: 

We offer free shipping by USPS Priority Mail on orders $100+. Processing times vary seasonally depending on events and upcoming releases. Please see the announcements on our main page for current processing times. We typically ship out orders via USPS on Saturdays around noon. You will be sent a tracking number by email when your order is shipped.

 

Shipping for international packages:

For your personal protection, we heavily advise that you select a shipping option that contains tracking and insurance (DHL Express, UPS Standard, UPS 2nd Day Air, UPS 3rd Day Express, UPS Worldwide Saver, USPS Priority Mail Express, USPS Priority Mail International). 

USPS First Class Package International does not contain insurance for lost or damaged items or guaranteed tracking. Buyer assumes the risk, and Potions and Pyrelight cannot be responsible for any package lost during transit when you elect to send it by USPS First Class Package International.
